The Casa Maritimo apartment is offered exclusively within the framework of seasonal rental in accordance with Spanish tenancy law LAU (“Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos”) and is registered under number ESFCNT00000702300003449600000000000000000000000000007.

For prospective tenants who are not personally known to us, a minimum rental period of 30 days applies. Further details can be requested by email at [email protected]. Direct bookings are therefore deactivated.

In order to allow friends, acquaintances, and family members to continue expressing their interest in a stay at Casa Maritimo via this website, the booking calendar is technically not restricted to the 30-day minimum stay.

We are always pleased to meet new people and remain open to new contacts. After prior personal communication, shorter stays of less than 30 days may be considered on an individual basis.

Rates

For the winter months of November, December, January, February, and March, rental prices are shown excluding utilities. During this period, the utilities package must be selected as part of the booking process.

All published rates apply to a maximum occupancy of four persons. Additional guests may be accommodated subject to an extra charge; please send an enquiry by email to [email protected] for further details.

The apartment is equipped with a high-performance fiber-optic internet connection providing ample bandwidth for remote work, video conferencing, and simultaneous streaming by multiple users. No additional data upgrades or extra charges apply for standard usage.

Rates vary depending on season and length of stay. The booking system allows reservations of up to 12 weeks. Longer stays are possible upon request; please contact us by email. In general, enquiries for stays exceeding six weeks are recommended, as individual arrangements may be available.

Check-in

Check-in is available Monday to Saturday between 09:30 and 19:30. Key handover takes place directly at the apartment, where you will also receive an introduction to the use of the facilities and equipment. An inventory list documenting the condition of the furnishings and equipment will be reviewed and signed by both parties.

Check-in between 21:00 and 09:00 is not possible. Please note that no exceptions can be made. For arrivals after 21:00 or before 09:00, alternative accommodation arrangements for the interim period must be organized independently.

A surcharge of €50 applies for check-ins between 19:30 and 21:00 as well as for check-ins on Sundays within the stated check-in hours.

Check-out

Check-out is available Monday to Saturday between 09:30 and 18:30. Key return also takes place at the apartment. The condition of the furnishings and equipment will be reviewed together based on the inventory list, and any deficiencies will be recorded accordingly. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the check-out procedure.

Check-outs outside the stated hours must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for departures outside the regular check-out times.

Check-out surcharges (Monday to Saturday):

• Between 18:30 and 22:30 or between 06:30 and 10:00: €70
• Between 22:30 and 06:30: €100

Sollte über den Reisezeitraum ein Parkplatz mitgebucht werden, so steht immer der Parkplatz 2, reserviert für Appartement 4A zu Verfügung. Es darf dann ausschließlich nur auf diesem Parkplatz geparkt werden. Parken auf anderen Parkplätzen kann mit Abschleppen des geparkten Gefährtes belohnt werden. Bitte achten Sie bei einer Parkplatzmiete, dass Sie Ihren Wagen in gleicher Ausrichtung parken, als die dort schon geparkten Wagen. Bitte achten Sie darauf keinen Nachbarn ungünstig einzuparken.
